Life rarely follows the path we expect. Sometimes change is unexpected, and sometimes it’s a choice. Yet the moments that challenge us most can also open the door to something even better.
This October, Victoria Higgins (Executive Coach at Beyond the Noise) will bring together a panel of leaders from across the life sciences, biopharma and health tech industries who have embraced change and reinvented themselves. From launching businesses and making bold career moves to pursuing long-held ambitions and exploring entirely new directions, each has a story to tell.
Whether they were pushed by circumstance or pulled by opportunity, our panellists have navigated change with courage, creativity and resilience. Join us for honest, inspiring and occasionally funny stories, then stay afterwards to network with fellow leaders and continue the conversation over drinks.

- 20.30 – end of the night – you leave with new contacts and fresh ideas
