CONEXEN is a community based in Cambridge UK managed and administered by WalkBek Consulting Limited (“WalkBek”).
This Privacy Policy describes how WalkBek protects and makes use of the information you give us when you use our website or make contact with us.

• When you sign up for the emailing list or have contact with us we ask for your name, job title, company name, email address.
• We may collect information when you request something from us (a registration to an event) or give us feedback. Information is stored securely in HubSpot, and deleted after a period of non-engagement with e-mails.
• We use this information to provide our emails to you and to create meaningful events and content.
• If you are making a payment, we may need to collect further details with your explicit permission.
• Depending on your preferences and your agreement, we will keep you up to date with relevant news, events, invitations and contacts.
• We may share this information within our organisation, Partners and/or Sponsors.
Security
• We hold your information securely. To prevent unauthorized access to your information, we have electronic safeguards and processes.
• The new GDPR laws allow us to keep your information in our contacts database for two years. We will ask for your permission to renew the information regularly.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
• Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
