The Innovation Advantage: Neurodivergent Minds in Life Sciences and Pharma

Across life sciences and pharma, more people are being diagnosed with ADHD and autism, and the industry is only now realising it has been overlooking one of its most valuable assets: minds that see problems differently. Brilliant minds don’t blossom in isolation. They need the right people building with them, not around them. This CONEXEN London Community Event is for anyone who leads, works alongside, or identifies as neurodivergent, because when the environment is right, everyone benefits.
