Get ready those festive jumpers ❄️🎅🏻🕎… the CONEXEN London community event returns on 2nd December at 25 Argyll Street, a few steps from Oxford Circus, for our final London community event of 2026.
The Innovation Advantage: Neurodivergent Minds in Life Sciences and Pharma
Across life sciences and pharma, more people are being diagnosed with ADHD and autism, and the industry is only now recognising that it has been overlooking one of its most valuable assets: minds that see problems differently. Our panel will explore what actually changes when teams are built with those minds rather than around them, the small and cost effective steps that unlock breakthrough thinking and problem solving, and why the right environment delivers a commercial advantage for everyone. This is a conversation for anyone who leads, works alongside, or identifies as neurodivergent.
Moderated by Kirsty Bradley-Law, Partner and Lead Consultant at The Great People Machine, with panellists to be announced very soon. The discussion will be followed by the authentic networking that makes our community event special.
Spaces are limited, so register early: https://conexen.net/conexen-events/conexen-london-december-2026/
See you soon!
